What's For Dinner?

My goodness that cow-webs are thick in here. *shudder*

I wish I had a good excuse for not posting. But, I don't. And, truthfully I don't even have the energy to make one up.

But, on the bright side, the garden is planted. My herbs are wilting to smithereens in the containers I bought them in because I still haven't had time to get them planted. And, we are eating a huge variety of in season vegetables thanks to the Community Support Agriculture (CSA) group we recently joined. Have you heard of CSAs? If not, then you really should look into it. It has to be the MOST AFFORDABLE way to purchase your vegetables. Oh, and our first pick up on our fruit CSA is is this Saturday. I'm excited to see what we will be given. There really is something to be said for eating in season fruits and vegetables. (and no, I'm getting all hippie granola headed on you........)

Bakery Blueberry Muffins

Sometimes...Just sometimes, someone else comes up with something so damn good, all I can do is make it, take a picture of it (albeit a crappy picture) , and slap it up on this here blog. Make these muffins. They taste EXACTLY like what you would find right out of your favorite bakery. Let's just say they didn't even last 3 days in my house. Hence the reason the only photo I have of them is the one that I took of them right out of the oven.
